Your rental includes vQuip Adventure Shield incident coverage, which adds you as an additional insured on our commercial policy during your rental. Coverage may include:

Bodily Injury: up to $50,000 per person / $100,000 per accident

Each unit is also protected by a $7,500 physical damage policy with a $2,500 maximum out-of-pocket deductible for the renter.

UTV Rental Policies
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The person signing the rental agreement is responsible for the snowmobile and all members of their riding party.
Safety & Trail Use
Snowmobiles must be operated responsibly and only on designated trails unless otherwise permitted. Riders must follow all Wyoming snowmobile regulations and posted trail rules. Reckless operation, unsafe riding, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility
Renters are responsible for any damage to the snowmobile during the rental period. Damage coverage and deductible amounts may apply depending on the selected protection plan or insurance policy.
Mandatory Insurance

All snowmobile rentals include mandatory collision or incident coverage which helps limit the renter’s financial responsibility in the event of damage, subject to policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Late Returns
Snowmobiles must be returned at the scheduled return time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Weather & Trail Conditions
Rentals operate based on weather and snow conditions. In the event of unsafe riding conditions or insufficient snow, the operator reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations.
No Shows
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental time will be charged the full rental price.
Damage & Cleaning
Renters are responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or abnormal cleaning required due to misuse of the equipment.
